Church Volunteer Training Saturday November 16, 2024

As part of our ongoing commitment to equip and empower church volunteers, we are excited to announce a comprehensive training event designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of dedicated volunteers. This special day is an opportunity for learning, fellowship, and growth, tailored specifically for those who serve in various capacities within our churches.

Event Details:

- Time: 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Location: Immanuel Baptist Church in The Villages, FL:  8015 SE 180th St, Oxford, FL 34484
- Cost: $10 per person

Morning Refreshments and Registration:

The day will begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration and refreshments, providing a warm welcome and an opportunity for volunteers to mingle and connect before the main session.

Main Session:

At 9:00 a.m., we will gather in the church sanctuary for our main session. This will be a time of inspiration and vision-casting, setting the tone for the day and reminding us all of the vital role volunteers play in the life and mission of the church.

Breakout Sessions:

Following the main session, we will break into specialized training sessions designed to address the unique needs and challenges of various volunteer roles. These sessions will be led by experienced leaders and experts in their respective fields.

Lunch Break:

At 11:45, we will enjoy lunch together in the Fellowship Hall. This will be a time of relaxation and fellowship, allowing volunteers to share experiences, ideas, and encouragement with one another.

Afternoon Breakout Sessions:

The afternoon sessions will offer a repeat of the morning breakout topics, allowing volunteers to attend multiple sessions of interest.
